Many of our clients have experienced trauma related to their sexuality, and trauma almost always involves a boundary violation. As touch practitioners, it’s especially important that we understand the physiology of trauma and recognize when a client presents with a dis-regulated or traumatized nervous system in order to prevent further harm.
