Michelle Rockwood has helped build a thriving a million dollars sales team for a world-class coaching training company called BodyMind Coaching. She’s personally hosted over 400 sales calls and goes in-house to coach training programs supporting coaches at all levels.
Michelle teaches proper, aligned sales techniques that allow you to operate in complete integrity – always. Her front-row seat coach to coaches in training has enabled her to see just where heart-centered folks get stuck, miss out on sales, or enroll unaligned clients.
Michelle is an author, speaker, and host of How I sold it (life coaching), a podcast highlighting how coaches at all levels find, sell and deliver their coaching programs.

Tracy is a Certified Sexological Bodyworker, a Somatic Sex Educator and a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner. A lifelong teacher and learner who knows that life is supposed to feel good, tracy believes that when we feel at home in our bodies, we can come to know our divine, whole selves.
Based in Ottawa, ON, tracy works with individuals and partnered folks and leads playful, experiential workshops inviting students into a more joyful life experience. She is the Past President of the Somatic Sex Educators Association and creative admin | adjunct faculty for the ISSSE. Her passions are dance, song, sex, coffee, books, hugs, community, quality pens and chocolate, not necessarily in that order.
