This workshop covers a full spectrum model for consent, from start to finish, that acknowledges the internal aspects of how desire moves through the body. The model helps individuals to work through expressing their desires, creating the path to experience their desires, and ultimately to mature and develop the expression for future desires and conversations.
We have taught "The Anatomy of Desire" to now hundreds of students over the last 2 years using a handout we will provide in the webinar. What we have found is that people struggled with understanding what they wanted and how to identify their desires. So we followed the bread crumbs and developed a process called "Discover your Erotic Signature" that helps clients understand the building blocks of who they are as an evolving erotic being. Then the process of "The Anatomy of Desire" becomes all the more effective in bringing your desires to life.
Casia Sobolewski
reviously Caitlin K. Roberts, Casia (Cash-a) is located on the unceded Coast Salish Territory of the Lekwungen and W̱SÁNEĆ nations, colonially known as Victoria, BC.
She works individually with clients to facilitate movement towards pleasure. Her work is body-based, trauma-informed, and touch-inclusive. Her roots are based in Toronto’s queer and poly communities, and she strives towards anti-oppressive frameworks. She served as a board member of the Somatic Sex Educators Association and the Association of Certified Sexological Bodyworkers. Casia also works with Back to the Body: Sensual Retreats for Women and The Apollo Project: Retreats for Men.
Cosmo Meens
A father, a husband, a full-time women’s erotic bodyworker, Cosmo graduated the Somatic Sex Educator program with his wife, Casia Sobolewski, in 2017 and begun a journey into the immense and life-giving field of supporting people in their pleasure.
Recruited by Pamela Madsen of Back to the Body almost immediately after he graduated, he has logged over 2000 hours working in immersive containers with women, working within a triadic model alongside female support and therapists.
He is an erotic philosopher, exploring the depths and truths of who we are as people and how do we navigate life in a way that supports our highest thriving, in pleasure, in truth-seeking, in discipline, in love, in obsession, in connection.
After over 6 years of facilitating The Apollo Project: Retreats for Men, he is inspired to continue working with other men, recognizing the importance of male friendship, communication, and vulnerability. He could spend days in conversations about how men are, instead of how they should be, and how we can support them in their highest integrity.
Supported by his wife/partner in divine union, Casia, he developed The Anatomy of Desire, a method for consent.
