Pelvic Floor Fascia Unwinding: A trauma-informed approach to working with the root. In this webinar, participants will have the opportunity to observe a demonstration of pelvic floor fascia unwinding followed by a Q&A with the practitioner and client. The demonstration will model client-directed, trauma-informed touch working with the physical and energetic aspects of the “root” of the body, or the floor of the pelvis which contains the genitals along with multiple layers of muscles and connective tissue. This practice can be beneficial for working with pelvic pain and nervous system regulation. The class demo will include coordinating movement, breath and visualizations for release.
