I work with sexual beings who like to release stagnation, shame and fear around their body/sexuality and desires.

I have spent most of my life with embodied practices, releasing feeling of being shy or not good enough and low self-confident. My path guided me naturally to sexuality, where I find myself very at home. I see my clients and myself as sexual beings with desires, lust, fantasies. I offer permission. I work as a Somatic Sex Educator & Sexological Bodyworker (certified) which is trauma informed, boundary/consent & erotic pleasure based. It involves presence, care, choice and voice and mainly supporting your body to ask for what it wants to support transforming old patterns and believes around sexuality. All of it while focusing on settling your nervous system.

My ancestors & myself are from Switzerland. I managed and owned Prana Yoga Zürich until 2016 and lived and studied on Salt Spring Island, B.C. Canada until 2023.
