I am a certified somatic sex educator and practitioner, sexological bodyworker, trauma-informed embodiment coach as well as a energy worker, all with the intention of helping others connect/reconnect back into their bodies from trauma, challenges, and everything in-between.

Discovering ways to bridge communication gaps, giving permission to explore pleasure and intimacy within ourselves and with others has been an ongoing passion and mission of mine for many years now. And for most of us, they can come with shame, guilt and/or pain from our upbringing, previous relationships, experiences and events that keep us feeling stuck, frustrated, and alone.
But if we give ourselves the opportunity to find the right support, resource ourselves in a way to understand and learn from our past, only then we can heal and embrace what we truly desire and communicate it effectively and wholeheartedly. And as a result, we can have healthier relationships with ourselves and with others.

I have been given the honour to embark on this ongoing journey and help others in theirs. But if it wasn’t for the support of my program, mentors, friends, colleagues, and partners to pursue this path I wouldn’t be where I am today. And I can honestly say having some company to walk down this road with has made all the difference.
We have taken great strides to address our physical health, spiritual health, and mental health - but sexual health is an area that is still very much misunderstood.

So I am excited in being a part of this movement to continually support, educate, and provide a safe space for current and future generations when it comes to pleasure, intimacy, consent, boundaries, empowering choice and voice and embracing who we all are. This truly lights me up and makes my heart feel so full to be able to help others in this.
