For over 30 years I have been facilitating experiences and conversations around embodiment, trust, communication, wellness, inter- and intra-personal relations and making empowered and conscious choices to support personal (and cultural) growth and transformation. How could these conversations and explorations not include our sexuality? I am so grateful that back in 2013 I had the opportunity to transition my work and passion into the field of erotic empowerment and liberation...our sexual expression as a means and a portal to coming HOME to the fullness of our SELVES! 

In 2014 I began my private apprenticeship and mentorship with Jaiya. My first "official" training in the Erotic Arts was as a Bondassage™ Practitioner. (Today I am a Trainer within that modality). I then went on to study Somatic Sex Education and Sexological Bodywork with The Somatic Sex Educators Association in Canada, and was certified in 2016. Living in Los Angeles at the time, I have had a full-time practice since then. In 2017 I trained with Ellen Heed and Kimberly Ann Johnson, and received my STREAM certification (Scar Tissue Remediation Education & Mgmt). I continue my mentorship and training with Ellen Heed, and will forever be a student! In 2018 I trained AGAIN within the field of Somatic Sex Education/Sexological Bodywork with the Institute of Somatic Sexology, and had the great fortune of training directly with Joseph Kramer!

I have since gone on to take numerous trainings in trauma education and the science of neurobiology. In my work with clients, we consider and hold space for ALL the realms of experience and Being. I am currently one of four Mentor Trainers/Lead Coaches who has studied deeply with Jaiya, and continue to travel internationally to support her VIP events and clientele. I have been serving my own clientele via 1-5 day Immersion Retreats, first for a time in Los Angeles, but now in the beautiful location of Boulder, CO. (Think your very own "Sex, Love & Goop" experience). 

"In a nutshell": I facilitate processes and practices for bringing presence and pleasure...to our bodies, our intimate relationships, and to our life. The Science of Sex + The Science of Trauma = How we gain access to our SELVES.

I support individuals and couples, virtually, or in-person in Boulder, CO. (It is also possible for me to travel to you, or a "retreat destination location").
