Meredith White (she/her) is a Somatic Sex Educator, Sexological Bodyworker, Intimacy Educator, and Peristeam Facilitator with a diverse background in other healing modalities. A descendant of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians and Irish settlers, Meredith splits her time between the unceded territory of the Wichita and Kickapoo, colonially known as East Texas, and the land of the Mescalero Apache in New Mexico.
A devoted mother to three incredible humans and seven beloved animals, Meredith is a practicing green witch and avid sailor. She feels most aligned with herself, her ancestors, and her guides when lost in nature — whether exploring the land she calls home, speaking with wild animals, traversing mountains, or connecting deeply with water.
Meredith practices at a women’s wellness center in Canton, TX, and a chiropractic women’s health clinic in Athens, TX, specializing in scar tissue work, genital dearmouring, pelvic health, perinatal care, and women’s wellness. She also facilitates a variety of workshops across East Texas. Since graduating, her focus is shifting toward creating sessions and retreats designed to help folks heal from trauma inflicted by Western medicine, particularly in the realms of choice, voice, empowerment, and sexual health.
One of Meredith’s key aspirations is to share these beautifully intricate and frequently misunderstood modalities with her community, often referred to as the "Bible Belt," where such work is commonly regarded as "taboo" or even "the devil’s work." Through her compassionate and grounded approach, she has cultivated a profound ability to connect deeply with those around her, bridging gaps and fostering understanding. Meredith is always open and willing to explore new ideas and innovative ways to expand this field within these communities. If this resonates with you, she warmly invites you to reach out.
